Please do not register before contacting us to verify a spot is open.
■ You MUST complete Step 1 Team Entry & Step 2 Payment once you start registering.
■ You will have the option to pay immediately via PayPal or mail in your entry fee.
■ Your spot is not confirmed or held until payment is received and clears.
■ Entry fee is $475 in U.S. funds if paid by November 1, 2017.
■ Entry fee is $495 in U.S. funds if paid between November 1, 2017 and December 25, 2017.
■ Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis until divisions are full.
■ Managers will be sent a link to upload your roster shortly after payment is received.
■ You will be able to access your roster & make unlimited changes yourself until 12/25/17.
■ Links will be deactvated and rosters locked on 12/25/17 to give staff time to verify ratings.
■ If you need to add a player after rosters are locked, Tournament Director approval is needed.
■ Dont share your roster link as anyone will be able to change you roster with it.
■ Teams wishing to enter from non NAGAAA/ASANA cities must contact the Tournament Director prior to registering.
This tournament will be following the 2017 NAGAAA rating guidelines.
