We will be checking ratings over the next couple of weeks and will notify you if there is any problems or we need a rating on new players not in the NAGAAA database. If you have not emailed/mailed your roster in please do so by December 31st.
When will the Round Robin Schedule be posted? We hope to have the Round Robin schedule up around New Years.
Game start time? Game start times both days will be 8am.
Game Finals?
Approximately 5pm Sunday for open division finals.
What if I cannot get a room at the Host Hotel? If you can not get a room or have any problems, get in touch with Open Division Director Eric Ryan and he will help take care of it.
When and where is registration?
Registration will be Friday TBD at the host hotel lobby/lounge. You can also register before your game at the fields. Make sure to get your Player ID Wristband at registration for specials throughout the weekend. Check the website for exact specials in the coming weeks.
What is a Player ID Wristband?
A Player ID Wristband will enable you to enjoy the weekend with specials and discounts throughout the tournament. The Player ID Wristband will be handed to you upon registration. Additional wristbands for family and friends can be purchased from Tournament staff for $10.

I want to add or delete a player on my roster, what do I do?
Complete a new roster which can be found online at www.sincityshootout.com on the "Register" page. Make your current additions or deletions and email it to the Open Division Director Eric Ryan or Women's Division Suzzy Parker. |
