Recorded on a CD. Please have as track 1. Proper posing attire. No jock straps, thongs, see through attire. Posing trunks are of a solid color, no prints or designs. No props, no "bump & grind" strip show type routines. These restrictions are not meant to restrict you from having a tasteful creative and entertaining posing routine.
Age groups for Men and Women:
| Juniors | age 18 - 20 |
| Adults | age 21 - 39 |
| Masters | 40 - 49 |
| 50 - 59 | |
| 60 - 69 | |
| 70 + (only available for men) |
Weight groups such as Light & Heavy will only be employed when an age group exceeds 10 participants. All will be weighed and divided in half. For odd numbers like 11 for example, Light will be the first 6 and Heavy the remaining 5 in ascending weight order.
This process can be expanded to 3 groups with a Middle Weight.
4 groups a Light Heavy Wt. group.
5 groups with a Bantam Wt.
6 groups with a Welter Wt.
7 groups with a Super Heavy.
The probability of actually having 4 to 7 Weight group within any age group is VERY unlikely.
Pairs:
2 Men! Yes, only available in the Gay Games and this event.
2 Women! same as above.
Mixed Pairs of 1 man & 1 woman.
Events:
You can be in 1 Singles and 1 Pairs event. That is 2 at the most. You can not be in multiple age groups. So that means there is NO OPEN event for any and all. A Junior can not be in the Adult. No one under the age of 18.
Tested and Non-tested.
In addition to all of the above you have the option to be tested in advance at an additional cost of $70. This is not required. You MUST pass the test to qualify. If you fail there is NO APPEAL. Decision of the Lab is final. There will be separate awards for each Tested and non-tested. You will compete together, scored together, but rankings separated for the purposes of medal awards. Do not take this test unless you are 100% sure you can pass the test. Should you apply we will advise you what you need to know to arrive at the right decision. If you decide not to take the test your test cost will be refunded. If you take the test too late for a result, there is no refund. If you take the test on time but the result is longer than normally expected due to a difficult analysis, there is no refund. Those that wish to be tested should do so by Dec. 30th. That gives 2 weeks for the lab to produce a result. When you send your $70 payment by money order you will be sent the form to take the test in your home town with directions where to go. Plan on the time for the mail to go back and forth to receive your paperwork on time.

Tanning:
NO SPRAY. Bring you own towels. Do not use hotel towels. Do not get tanning material on anything other than yourself.
The contest will be in the Tropicana Hotel Ballroom. We do not know yet if there is a separate warm up area. The Ballroom can not have any mess from the tanning. It could be ruled by the Hotel that tanning lotions are NOT allowed. Do not be concerned if this should happen. Judges will take this in consideration. Some athletes may be pre-tanned before coming to the contest site. Be very careful of your hotel rooms. Do not make a mess. If there are complaints from any hotel it will be next to impossible
to have this event continue.
Always have good sportspersonship (a gender neutral word) at all times.
