Please read below for the details on the Wrestling Events, and all other events happening this weekend. Please print a copy of this message to have with you while travelling.

Remember: Registration as either a Competitor or Spectator for wrestling gets you the following:
- Admission to all wrestling events
- A tournament bracelet, for discounts and admissions to parties and clubs throughout the weekend
- Discounts on food and beverages at the Planet Hollywood Hotel (10-20% off) including Room Service.
- Drink Cups for the weekend are being sold at registration for $5, which get you drink discounts all weekend.

T-Shirts: Tournament T-Shirts are included for all wrestlers that paid for the $30 weekend package. For others, t-shirts are being sold separately for $20 each, with all proceeds going to Wrestlers Without Borders/So Cal Wrestling Club. (There was an error on the website, some folks who paid for the $20 package on the website were asked for t-shirt size in error).
Wrestling Tournament Information: All Competitors Please Read
Registration and Weigh-Ins will take place on Friday, January 13th in the London Room at the Planet Hollywood Hotel, from 4-9PM. All wrestlers and spectators need to register there to get their tournament bracelet and info packets. Wrestlers will weigh in at that time as well. We will have all of the information at Registration that you will need for the weekend, so be sure to stop by.
Wrestling Gear for Competitors:
- Shorts, T-Shirts, Workout Gear and Wrestling Shoes are the recommended gear for all practices, and for the Sunday Grappling Clinic.
- Participants in the Saturday Tournament need: A reversible red/blue singlet, and legal wrestling shoes. Mouthguards are strongly recommended. Headgear is optional.
Wrestling Tournament Info:
- All wrestlers need to weigh-in on Friday January 13th at Registration, so be dressed accordingly.
- We will be pairing wrestlers based on skill level, weight and age. Be sure to attend Open Mat on Friday so we can watch you wrestle! The goal here is safety and fun for everyone.
- We will be using Modified FILA Freestyle rules per our Gay Games Redbook at the tournament. FILA officials will be officiating the matches on Saturday.
- Wrestlers must arrive at the Tournament on Saturday no later than 11AM. We will warm-up and review rules. Wrestling will begin promptly at noon.
- We expect to be done with matches by 4PM, with ample time for exhibitions.
- Awards and the WWB Hall of Merit Induction for all attendees will be from 7-9PM at Cafe Nikki, Tropicana Hotel.

Wrestling Open Mat, Meet Greet & Roll, Cohiba Rooms, Tropicana Hotel, 6-9PM.
9PM - ? : Friday Host Party, 8 ½ Lounge, 4633 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV. $5 Cocktails
Saturday January 14th:
Tournament: Tropicana Hotel, Cohiba Room. (Churchill Room available for changing/restrooms) ·
10AM: Volunteers Setup and Pairings ·
11AM: Wrestler Arrivals, Rules, Warmups ·
Wrestling 12 Noon – 5PM
Tournament Spectators: $10 donation at the door, $5 with Sin City Bracelet. (Free for those that have pre-registered).
7PM – 9PM Awards and Hall of Merit Inductions, Café Nikki, Tropicana Hotel.
9PM - ? Saturday Host Party. Piranha & Charlies. Free Beer 9-12AM.
Sunday January 15th: Grappling Clinic: 1PM – 3PM, Cohiba Rooms, Tropicana Hotel
- Join 2 Black Belt BJJ Instructors who will give some basics of grappling techniques and how it relates to wrestling. All are welcome to attend, and this event is great for beginners. Plenty of time for open mat.
Grappling Clinic Attendees: $10 donation at the door, $5 with Sin City Bracelet. (Free for those that have pre-registered).
